The Adhesion Society’s interdisciplinary program of fundamental science and engineering will surely catalyze new intersections of adhesion science, from pressure sensitive adhesives to adhesion challenge in transportation technology. They continue to infuse excitement for manufacturing with a focus on advanced manufacturing, including recent advances in additive manufacturing (AM). AM combined with the expertise of their society will lead to many innovations in the next decade.
