\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u7ebf\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p><div style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left; \u6469\u64e6\u78e8\u635f\u8bd5\u9a8c\u673a\u4f7f\u7528\u7ebf\u6027\u5f80\u590d\u78e8\u635f\u6a21\u5757\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u7684\u94dc\u7ebf\uff08\u7ebf A \u548c\u7ebf B\uff09\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u7cfb\u6570 (COF) \u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3002 Al2O3 \u7403\uff08\u76f4\u5f84 6 \u6beb\u7c73\uff09\u662f\u672c\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8ba1\u6570\u5668\u6750\u6599\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 Nanovea \u7684\u78e8\u635f\u8f68\u8ff9\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u67e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/profilometers\/\">3D\u975e\u63a5\u89e6\u5f0f\u8f6e\u5ed3\u4eea<\/a>\u3002\u6d4b\u8bd5\u53c2\u6570\u603b\u7ed3\u4e8e\u8868 1
