color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">\u5728\u6f6e\u6e7f\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u5bf9DLC\u8fdb\u884c\u78e8\u635f\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<strong><u><i><br>\n<\/i><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7c7b\u91d1\u521a\u77f3\u78b3 (DLC) \u6d82\u5c42\u5177\u6709\u589e\u5f3a\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5373\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u548c\u6781\u4f4e\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u7cfb\u6570 (COF)\u3002\u5f53\u6c89\u79ef\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6750\u6599\u4e0a\u65f6\uff0cDLC \u6d82\u5c42\u8d4b\u4e88\u91d1\u521a\u77f3\u7279\u6027\u3002\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u4f7f DLC \u6d82\u5c42\u6210\u4e3a\u5404\u79cd\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u9996\u9009\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u96f6\u4ef6\u3001\u5243\u987b\u5200\u5200\u7247\u3001\u91d1\u5c5e\u5207\u524a\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u8f74\u627f\u3001\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u53d1\u52a8\u673a\u548c\u533b\u7597\u690d\u5165\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9ad8\u771f\u7a7a\u548c\u5e72\u71e5\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0cDLC \u6d82\u5c42\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u94a2\u7403\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u7684 COF\uff08\u4f4e\u4e8e 0.1\uff09<sup>12<\/sup>.\u7136\u800c\uff0cDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u5f88\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\uff08RH\uff09\u3002<sup>3<\/sup>.\u9ad8\u6e7f\u5ea6\u548c\u9ad8\u6c27\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684\u73af\u5883\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4COF\u7684\u663e\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u3002<sup>4<\/sup>\u3002\u5728\u53d7\u63a7\u6e7f\u5ea6\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u78e8\u635f\u8bc4\u4f30\u53ef\u6a21\u62df\u6469\u64e6\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d DLC \u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u7528\u6237\u901a\u8fc7\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c\u4e3a\u76ee\u6807\u5e94\u7528\u9009\u62e9\u6700\u4f73\u7684 DLC \u6d82\u5c42<br>\n\u66b4\u9732\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u6e7f\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7684 DLC \u78e8\u635f\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<br>\n<br><br><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">\u6d4b\u91cf\u76ee\u6807<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u5c55\u793a\u4e86 Nanovea <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/tribometers\/\">\u6469\u64e6\u4eea <\/a>\u914d\u5907\u6e7f\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u662f\u7814\u7a76 DLC \u6d82\u5c42\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u4e0b\u78e8\u635f\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7a0b\u5e8f<strong><u><i><br>\n<\/i><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DLC \u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u901a\u8fc7 Nanovea Tribometer \u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u6d4b\u8bd5\u53c2\u6570\u603b\u7ed3\u4e8e\u8868 1 \u4e2d\u3002\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u6469\u64e6\u5ba4\u7684\u6e7f\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6 (RH)\uff0c\u7cbe\u5ea6\u4e3a \u00b11%\u3002\u6d4b\u8bd5\u540e\u4f7f\u7528\u5149\u5b66\u663e\u5fae\u955c\u68c0\u67e5 DLC \u6d82\u5c42\u4e0a\u7684\u78e8\u635f\u75d5\u8ff9\u548c SiN \u7403\u4e0a\u7684\u78e8\u635f\u75d5\u8ff9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6ce8\uff1a\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9e\u5fc3\u7403\u6750\u6599\u5747\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u6a21\u62df\u4e0d\u540c\u6750\u6599\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u5728\u6da6\u6ed1\u6216\u9ad8\u6e29\u7b49\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Table-1-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Table-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"821\" height=\"632\"><\/a><br>\n<br><br><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">\u7ed3\u679c\u548c\u8ba8\u8bba<strong><u><i><br>\n<\/i><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u7531\u4e8eDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u4f4e\u6469\u64e6\u529b\u548c\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6027\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u6469\u64e6\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9009\u62e9\u3002DLC\u6d82\u5c42\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4e0e\u6e7f\u5ea6\u6709\u5173\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5982\u56fe2\u6240\u793a\u3002\u5728\u76f8\u5bf9\u5e72\u71e5\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0810% RH\uff09\uff0cDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u7684COF\uff0c\u7ea6\u4e3a0.05\u3002\u5f53\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\u523030%\u65f6\uff0cDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u5728\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6052\u5b9a\u7684COF\u7ea6\u4e3a0.1\u3002\u5f53RH\u4e0a\u5347\u523050%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u59342000\u8f6c\u4e2d\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230COF\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u8fd0\u884c\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u5728RH\u4e3a50\u300170\u548c90%\u65f6\uff0cDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u663e\u793a\u7684\u6700\u5927COF\u5206\u522b\u4e3a~0.20\u3001~0.26\u548c~0.33\u3002\u5728\u78e8\u5408\u671f\u4e4b\u540e\uff0cDLC\u6d82\u5c42\u7684COF\u5728RH\u4e3a50\u300170\u548c90%\u65f6\u5206\u522b\u4fdd\u6301\u5728~0.11\u30010.13\u548c0.20\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
