\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e0d\u540c\u5e38\u89c1\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u7cfb\u6570 (COF) \u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3002 Al2O3 \u7403\u7528\u4f5c\u8ba1\u6570\u5668\u6750\u6599\uff08\u9500\u9489\uff0c\u9759\u6001\u6837\u54c1\uff09\u3002\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff08\u52a8\u6001\u65cb\u8f6c\u6837\u54c1\uff09\u4e0a\u7684\u78e8\u635f\u8f68\u8ff9\u662f\u4f7f\u7528
