E328i\u201c\u6750\u6599\u548c\u7ed3\u6784\u5e94\u529b\u677e\u5f1b\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\u201d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u7528\u538b\u5934\u5728\u6750\u6599\u6216\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u5916\u529b\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u8fbe\u5230\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u6700\u5927\u529b\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u8fbe\u5230\u6700\u5927\u529b\uff0c\u538b\u5934\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u5c31\u5728\u6b64\u6df1\u5ea6\u4fdd\u6301\u6052\u5b9a\u3002\u7136\u540e\u6d4b\u91cf\u7ef4\u6301\u538b\u5934\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5916\u529b\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u5e94\u529b\u677e\u5f1b\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7684\u96be\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u4fdd\u6301\u6df1\u5ea6\u6052\u5b9a\u3002 Nanovea \u673a\u68b0\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4eea <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/nano-indentation-tester\/\">\u7eb3\u7c73\u538b\u75d5<\/a>
