Por exemplo, elas podem ser usadas para tratar irrita\u00e7\u00f5es oculares menores (por exemplo, ressecamento e vermelhid\u00e3o), retardar o in\u00edcio do glaucoma ou tratar infec\u00e7\u00f5es. As solu\u00e7\u00f5es para gotas oculares vendidas sem receita m\u00e9dica s\u00e3o usadas principalmente para tratar a secura. Sua efic\u00e1cia na lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o do olho pode ser comparada e medida com um teste de coeficiente de atrito.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Olhos secos podem ser causados por uma ampla gama de fatores, por exemplo, a tens\u00e3o ocular do computador ou estar ao ar livre em condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas extremas. Medindo o coeficiente de atrito (COF) de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de col\u00edrio, sua efici\u00eancia lubrificante e como ela se compara a outras solu\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser determinadas.<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">Objetivo da medi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>Neste estudo, o coeficiente de atrito (COF) de tr\u00eas solu\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes de gota de lubrificante foi medido usando o ajuste pino-a-disco no Nanovea T50 Tribometer.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Measurement-objective-picture.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8113\" src=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Measurement-objective-picture.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"917\" height=\"649\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">Procedimento e procedimentos de teste<strong><u><i><br><\/i><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um pino esf\u00e9rico de 6 mm de di\u00e2metro feito de alumina foi aplicado a uma l\u00e2mina de vidro com cada solu\u00e7\u00e3o de gota de olho atuando como o lubrificante entre as duas superf\u00edcies. Os gr\u00e1ficos do COF v. Revolu\u00e7\u00f5es para cada solu\u00e7\u00e3o de gota ocular est\u00e3o representados nas Figuras 2-4. O COF durante cada teste permaneceu relativamente constante durante a maior parte da dura\u00e7\u00e3o total do teste.
