Din\u00e2mica (DMA) \u00e9 uma t\u00e9cnica poderosa usada para investigar as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas dos materiais. Nesta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, nos concentramos na an\u00e1lise da corti\u00e7a, um material amplamente utilizado nos processos de veda\u00e7\u00e3o e envelhecimento do vinho. A corti\u00e7a, obtida da casca do carvalho Quercus suber, apresenta estruturas celulares distintas que proporcionam propriedades mec\u00e2nicas semelhantes \u00e0s dos pol\u00edmeros sint\u00e9ticos. Em um eixo, a corti\u00e7a tem estrutura de favo de mel. Os outros dois eixos s\u00e3o estruturados em m\u00faltiplos prismas retangulares. Entre os principais fatores que determinam a qualidade da corti\u00e7a est\u00e3o a flexibilidade, o isolamento, a resili\u00eancia e a impermeabilidade a gases e l\u00edquidos. Ao utilizar o teste de an\u00e1lise mec\u00e2nica din\u00e2mica (DMA), podemos avaliar quantitativamente as propriedades de flexibilidade e resili\u00eancia das rolhas, fornecendo um m\u00e9todo confi\u00e1vel de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O testador mec\u00e2nico PB1000 da NANOVEA no <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/nano-indentation-tester\/\">Nanoindenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> O modo DMA permite a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas propriedades, especificamente o m\u00f3dulo de Young, o m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento, o m\u00f3dulo de perda e o tan delta (tan (\u03b4)). O teste de DMA tamb\u00e9m permite a coleta de dados valiosos sobre mudan\u00e7a de fase, dureza, tens\u00e3o e deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do material de corti\u00e7a. A qualidade das rolhas de corti\u00e7a \u00e9 rotulada como: 1 - Flor, 2 - Primeira, 3 - Colmatada, 4 - Borracha sint\u00e9tica. Os testes de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o DMA foram realizados nas dire\u00e7\u00f5es axial e radial para cada rolha de corti\u00e7a. Ao analisar a resposta mec\u00e2nica das rolhas de corti\u00e7a, nosso objetivo foi obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre seu comportamento din\u00e2mico e avaliar seu desempenho sob diferentes
