Isto pode resultar em m\u00e1 reprodutibilidade dos resultados dos testes e criar dificuldade na compara\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores relatados por diferentes laborat\u00f3rios. Al\u00e9m disso, nos testes de abras\u00e3o Taber, a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o \u00e9 calculada como perda de peso em um n\u00famero especificado de ciclos de abras\u00e3o. Entretanto, as tintas acr\u00edlicas de uretano para piso t\u00eam uma espessura de pel\u00edcula seca recomendada de 37,5-50 \u03bcm2.<\/p><p>O processo de abras\u00e3o agressivo da Taber Abraser pode desgastar rapidamente o revestimento de uretano acr\u00edlico e gerar perda de massa para o substrato, levando a erros substanciais no c\u00e1lculo da perda de peso da tinta. f\u00f3rmula com uma pequena altern\u00e2ncia nas misturas de aditivos com o objetivo de aumentar a durabilidade. Uma ponta esf\u00e9rica SS440 (6 mm de di\u00e2metro, Grau 100) foi aplicada contra as tintas testadas. O COF foi registrado in situ. A taxa de desgaste, K, foi avaliada usando a f\u00f3rmula K=V\/(F\u00d7s)=A\/(F\u00d7n), onde V \u00e9 o volume desgastado, F \u00e9 a carga normal, s \u00e9 a dist\u00e2ncia de deslizamento, A \u00e9 a \u00e1rea da se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal da trilha de desgaste e n \u00e9 o n\u00famero de revolu\u00e7\u00f5es. A rugosidade superficial e os perfis de desgaste foram avaliados pelo NANOVEA <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/profilometers\/\">Perfil\u00f4metro \u00d3ptico<\/a>, e a morfologia da trilha de Duas cargas finais foram usadas: 5 N de carga final para investigar a delamina\u00e7\u00e3o da tinta a partir do primer, e 35 N para investigar a delamina\u00e7\u00e3o do primer a partir dos substratos met\u00e1licos. Tr\u00eas testes foram repetidos nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de teste em cada amostra para garantir a reprodutibilidade dos resultados.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Imagens panor\u00e2micas de todo o comprimento dos arranh\u00f5es foram geradas automaticamente e suas localiza\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas de falha foram correlacionadas com as cargas aplicadas pelo software do sistema. A morfologia da superf\u00edcie das amostras foi medida com um Profiler NANOVEA 3D sem contato para quantificar a rugosidade da superf\u00edcie antes da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos testes de desgaste. Todas as amostras tinham uma rugosidade de superf\u00edcie compar\u00e1vel de aproximadamente 1 \u03bcm, como mostrado na FIGURA 1. O COF foi registrado in situ durante os testes de desgaste, como mostrado na FIGURA 2. O FIGURA 4 apresenta a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das pistas de desgaste ap\u00f3s 100, 150, 300 e 800 ciclos, e o FIGURA 3 resumiu a taxa m\u00e9dia de desgaste de diferentes amostras em diferentes est\u00e1gios do processo de desgaste.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um valor COF de ~0,07 para as outras tr\u00eas amostras, a Amostra A exibe um COF muito mais alto de ~0,15 no in\u00edcio, que aumenta gradualmente e se estabiliza em ~0,3 ap\u00f3s 300 ciclos de desgaste. Um COF t\u00e3o alto acelera o processo de desgaste e cria uma quantidade substancial de res\u00edduos de tinta como indicado na FIGURA 4 - a camada superior da Amostra A come\u00e7ou a ser removida nas primeiras 100 revolu\u00e7\u00f5es. Como mostrado na FIGURA 3, a amostra A apresenta a maior taxa de desgaste de ~5 \u03bcm2\/N nos primeiros 300 ciclos, que diminui ligeiramente para ~3,5 \u03bcm2\/N devido \u00e0 melhor resist\u00eancia ao desgaste do substrato met\u00e1lico. A camada superior da Amostra C come\u00e7a a falhar ap\u00f3s 150 ciclos de desgaste, como mostrado na FIGURA 4, o que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 indicado pelo aumento de COF na FIGURA 2.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, a amostra B e a amostra D mostram propriedades tribol\u00f3gicas aprimoradas. A Amostra B mant\u00e9m um COF baixo durante todo o teste - o COF aumenta ligeiramente de~0,05 para ~0,1. Tal efeito lubrificante aumenta substancialmente sua resist\u00eancia ao desgaste - a camada superior ainda proporciona prote\u00e7\u00e3o superior ao primer por baixo, ap\u00f3s 800 ciclos de desgaste. A menor taxa m\u00e9dia de desgaste de apenas ~0,77 \u03bcm2\/N \u00e9 medida para a Amostra B a 800 ciclos. A camada superior da Amostra D come\u00e7a a delaminar ap\u00f3s 375 ciclos, como refletido pelo aumento abrupto do COF na FIGURA 2. A taxa m\u00e9dia de desgaste da Amostra D \u00e9 de ~1,1 \u03bcm2\/N a 800 ciclos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as medidas convencionais de abras\u00e3o Taber, o Trib\u00f4metro NANOVEA fornece avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de desgaste quantific\u00e1veis e confi\u00e1veis bem controladas que garantem avalia\u00e7\u00f5es reprodut\u00edveis e controle de qualidade de tintas comerciais para pisos\/auto pinturas. Al\u00e9m disso, a capacidade de medi\u00e7\u00f5es in situ do COF permite aos usu\u00e1rios correlacionar as diferentes etapas de um processo de desgaste com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do COF, o que \u00e9 fundamental para melhorar a compreens\u00e3o fundamental do mecanismo de desgaste e das caracter\u00edsticas tribol\u00f3gicas de v\u00e1rios revestimentos de A amostra D exigiu uma carga maior de 50 N para delaminar o primer. Os testes de arranh\u00f5es com carga final de 5 N (FIGURA 6) avaliam a falha coesiva\/adesiva da tinta superior, enquanto os testes com 35 N (FIGURA 7) avaliam a delamina\u00e7\u00e3o do primer. As setas nas micrografias indicam o ponto em que o revestimento superior ou o primer come\u00e7a a ser completamente removido do primer ou do substrato. A carga neste ponto, denominada Carga Cr\u00edtica, Lc, \u00e9 usada para comparar as propriedades coesivas ou adesivas da tinta, conforme resumido na Tabela 1.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 evidente que a amostra de tinta D tem a melhor ader\u00eancia interfacial - apresentando os maiores valores de Lc de 4,04 N na delamina\u00e7\u00e3o da tinta e 36,61 N na delamina\u00e7\u00e3o de primer. A amostra B mostra a segunda melhor resist\u00eancia a arranh\u00f5es. A partir da an\u00e1lise de risco, mostramos que a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00f3rmula da tinta \u00e9 cr\u00edtica para os comportamentos mec\u00e2nicos, ou mais especificamente, a resist\u00eancia
