class=\"fontstyle0\">Carga elevada <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/tribometers\/\">Trib\u00f4metro <\/a>usando M\u00f3dulo de Desgaste Alternativo Linear. Uma esfera de a\u00e7o 440 (10 mm de di\u00e2metro) foi utilizada como contra-material. A rugosidade da superf\u00edcie e o rastro de desgaste foram examinados usando um <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/profilometers\/\">Perfil\u00f4metro 3D sem contato<\/a>. As correias com texturas diferentes exibem comportamentos de desgaste substancialmente diferentes. \u00c9 interessante que ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo de rodagem durante o qual o COF aumenta progressivamente, a Correia Texturizada atinge um COF mais baixo de ~0,5 em ambos os testes realizados usando cargas de 10 N e 100 N. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, a Correia Lisa testada sob a carga de 10 N exibe um COF significativamente mais alto de ~ 1,4 quando o COF fica est\u00e1vel e se mant\u00e9m acima deste valor durante o resto do teste. A Smooth Belt testada sob a carga de 100 N rapidamente foi desgastada pela esfera de a\u00e7o 440 e formou uma grande pista de desgaste. Em um teste de desgaste para 220 rota\u00e7\u00f5es, a Smooth Belt tem uma pista de desgaste muito maior e mais profunda com um volume de 75,7 mm3, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um volume de desgaste de 14,0 mm3 para a Textured Belt ap\u00f3s um teste de desgaste de 600 rota\u00e7\u00f5es. O atrito significativamente maior da esteira lisa contra a esfera de a\u00e7o leva a uma taxa de desgaste 15 vezes maior em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a esteira texturizada.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Uma diferen\u00e7a t\u00e3o dr\u00e1stica de COF entre a esteira texturizada e a esteira lisa est\u00e1 possivelmente relacionada ao tamanho da \u00e1rea de contato entre a esteira e a esfera de a\u00e7o, o que tamb\u00e9m leva a seu desempenho de desgaste diferente. A FIGURA 3 mostra as faixas de desgaste das duas correias sob o microsc\u00f3pio \u00f3tico. O exame das faixas de desgaste est\u00e1 de acordo com a observa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do COF: A Correia Texturizada, que mant\u00e9m um COF baixo de ~0,5, n\u00e3o apresenta sinais de desgaste ap\u00f3s o teste de desgaste sob uma carga de 10 N. A Correia Lisa mostra uma pequena faixa de desgaste a 10 N. Os testes de desgaste realizados a 100 N criam faixas de desgaste substancialmente maiores tanto na Correia Texturizada quanto na Correia Lisa, e a taxa de desgaste ser\u00e1 calculada usando perfis coeficiente de atrito e a taxa de desgaste das correias de uma maneira bem controlada e quantitativa. A textura da superf\u00edcie desempenha um papel cr\u00edtico na resist\u00eancia ao atrito e ao desgaste das correias durante seu desempenho de servi\u00e7o. A correia texturizada apresenta um coeficiente de atrito est\u00e1vel de ~0,5 e possui uma longa vida \u00fatil, o que resulta em tempo e custo reduzidos no reparo ou substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, o atrito excessivo da esteira lisa contra a esfera de a\u00e7o rapidamente usa a esteira. Al\u00e9m disso, a carga sobre a correia \u00e9 um fator vital de sua vida \u00fatil.
