A carga e a profundidade foram medidas e registradas para o ciclo completo de teste de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o. As indenta\u00e7\u00f5es foram realizadas com diferentes cargas m\u00e1ximas variando de 0,03 N a 200 N (0,0031 a 20,4 kgf) para mostrar a capacidade do micro m\u00f3dulo em realizar testes de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o precisos com diferentes cargas. Vale ressaltar que uma c\u00e9lula de carga opcional de 20 N tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para fornecer uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 10 vezes maior para testes na faixa de carga inferior de 0,3 gf a 2 kgf. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-0a0f02f elementor-section-boxed href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/micro-indentation-tester\/\">Microindenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> Foram realizados testes na amostra padr\u00e3o de a\u00e7o a 4 N, demonstrando a repetibilidade superior dos resultados do Micro Module, que contrastam com o desempenho dos testadores de dureza Vickers Um Micro Module opcional de faixa inferior pode fornecer testes de 0,003 a 20 N (0,3 gf a 2 kgf). O alinhamento vertical \u00fanico do motor Z, da c\u00e9lula de carga de alta for\u00e7a e do sensor de profundidade garante a m\u00e1xima rigidez estrutural durante as medi\u00e7\u00f5es. As reentr\u00e2ncias medidas em diferentes cargas possuem todas uma forma quadrada sim\u00e9trica na superf\u00edcie da amostra.
