Os metais que passam por processos de trabalho, tais como fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, forjamento, lamina\u00e7\u00e3o, extrus\u00e3o e usinagem, experimentam mudan\u00e7as em suas fases, microestrutura e textura. Estas mudan\u00e7as resultam em propriedades f\u00edsicas variadas, incluindo dureza, resist\u00eancia, tenacidade, ductilidade e resist\u00eancia ao desgaste do material. A amostra tinha sido polida at\u00e9 um acabamento de superf\u00edcie semelhante a um espelho antes dos testes de recuo. Quanto mais distante o mouse estiver do centro do campo de vis\u00e3o, mais r\u00e1pido o est\u00e1gio se move em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o do mouse. Isto proporciona um m\u00e9todo de f\u00e1cil utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para navegar por toda a superf\u00edcie da amostra e selecionar o local pretendido para os testes mec\u00e2nicos. O controle preciso da posi\u00e7\u00e3o permite aos usu\u00e1rios navegar facilmente por uma grande superf\u00edcie de amostra e selecionar diretamente as \u00e1reas de interesse para as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de nanoindenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>As coordenadas de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as reentr\u00e2ncias s\u00e3o salvas e ent\u00e3o executadas consecutivamente. Tal procedimento de teste torna a medi\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades mec\u00e2nicas locais em pequenas escalas, por exemplo, a amostra de metal multif\u00e1sica neste estudo, substancialmente menos demorada e mais f\u00e1cil de usar. As duras FASES 2, 3 e 4 melhoram as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da amostra, possuindo uma dureza m\u00e9dia de ~19,6, 16,2 e 7,2 GPa, respectivamente, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com ~5,4 GPa para a FASE 1.<\/p><p>Os m\u00f3dulos Nano, Micro ou Macro do instrumento incluem todos os modos de teste ISO e ASTM, de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o, de raspagem e de desgaste, proporcionando a gama de testes mais ampla e mais amig\u00e1vel dispon\u00edvel em um \u00fanico sistema.
