										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Devemos simular o processo de <a title="teste de arranhões" href="https://nanovea.com/micro-scratch-tester" target="_blank">teste de arranhões</a> de uma maneira controlada e monitorada para observar a análise de falhas no revestimento. Nesta aplicação, o Testador Mecânico Nanovea, em seu modo micro-risco, é usado para medir a carga necessária para causar a falha do revestimento em três revestimentos DLC processados separadamente. Um Cone de 90°, 20μm ponta de diamante é usado com uma carga progressiva que varia de 0,01 mN a 15 N para riscar o revestimento DLC. O ponto em que o revestimento falha por rachadura é tomado como o ponto de falha.</p>
