Par exemple, les pneumatiques sont soumis \u00e0 de fortes d\u00e9formations cycliques lorsque les v\u00e9hicules circulent sur la route. La fr\u00e9quence de la pression et de la d\u00e9formation change \u00e0 mesure que la voiture acc\u00e9l\u00e8re vers des vitesses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Un tel changement peut entra\u00eener une variation des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s visco\u00e9lastiques du pneu, qui sont des facteurs importants dans les performances de la voiture. Un test fiable et reproductible du comportement visco\u00e9lastique des polym\u00e8res \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes fr\u00e9quences est n\u00e9cessaire. Ce test mesure les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s visco\u00e9lastiques du pneu \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes fr\u00e9quences de contrainte. Le pneu montre une augmentation du module de stockage et de perte lorsque la fr\u00e9quence de chargement augmente de 0,1 \u00e0 20 Hz. Il fournit des informations utiles sur les comportements visco\u00e9lastiques du pneu fonctionnant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes vitesses, ce qui est essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer les performances des pneus pour des trajets plus doux et plus s\u00fbrs. Le test de balayage de fr\u00e9quence de la DMA peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures pour imiter l'environnement de travail r\u00e9aliste du pneu sous diff\u00e9rentes conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.<\/p><p>Dans le module Nano du testeur m\u00e9canique NANOVEA, l'application de la charge avec le pi\u00e9zo rapide est ind\u00e9pendante de la mesure de la charge effectu\u00e9e par une jauge de contrainte s\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 haute sensibilit\u00e9. Cela pr\u00e9sente un avantage certain lors de l'analyse m\u00e9canique dynamique puisque la phase entre la profondeur et la charge est mesur\u00e9e directement \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es recueillies par le capteur. Le calcul de la phase est direct et ne n\u00e9cessite pas de mod\u00e9lisation math\u00e9matique qui ajoute de l'impr\u00e9cision \u00e0 la perte r\u00e9sultante et au module de stockage. Ce n'est pas le cas pour un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 bobine.<\/p><p>En conclusion, la DMA mesure le module de perte et de stockage, le module complexe et le Tan (\u03b4) en fonction de la profondeur de contact, du temps et de la fr\u00e9quence. Un \u00e9tage de chauffage optionnel permet de d\u00e9terminer la temp\u00e9rature de transition de phase des mat\u00e9riaux pendant la DMA.
