Lorsque les machines sont en fonctionnement, des vibrations se produisent in\u00e9vitablement dans les assemblages boulonn\u00e9s ou goupill\u00e9s, entre des composants qui ne sont pas destin\u00e9s \u00e0 bouger, ainsi que dans les accouplements et les roulements oscillants. L'amplitude de ce mouvement de glissement relatif est souvent de l'ordre du microm\u00e8tre ou du millim\u00e8tre. Afin de comprendre le m\u00e9canisme d&#039;usure par frottement et de s\u00e9lectionner le meilleur mat\u00e9riau pour la protection contre l&#039;usure par frottement, une \u00e9valuation fiable et quantitative de l&#039;usure par frottement est n\u00e9cessaire. Le comportement \u00e0 l&#039;usure par frottement est consid\u00e9rablement influenc\u00e9 par l&#039;environnement de travail, tel que l&#039;amplitude de d\u00e9placement, la charge normale, la corrosion, la temp\u00e9rature, l&#039;humidit\u00e9 et la lubrification. <strong>NANOV\u00c9A T50<\/strong> Le tribom\u00e8tre permet de simuler le processus d'usure par frottement du m\u00e9tal d'une mani\u00e8re bien contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et \u00e0 mouvement alternatif lin\u00e9aire. Une bille en WC (6 mm de diam\u00e8tre) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme contre-mat\u00e9riau. La trace d'usure a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un <b><i>NANOVEA<\/i><\/b> Profileur 3D sans contact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L'essai de fretting a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante (RT) et \u00e0 200&nbsp;<span style=\"color: rgb(77, 81, 86); font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00b0<\/span>C pour \u00e9tudier l'effet de la haute temp\u00e9rature sur la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure par frottement de l'\u00e9chantillon de SS304. Une plaque chauffante sur le plateau de l'\u00e9chantillon a chauff\u00e9 l'\u00e9chantillon pendant l'essai de fretting \u00e0 200&nbsp;<span style=\"color: rgb(77, 81, 86); font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00b0<\/span>C. Le taux d'usure, <b>K<\/b>a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide de la formule <b>K=V\/(F\u00d7s)<\/b>o\u00f9 <b>V<\/b> est le volume us\u00e9, <b>F<\/b> est la charge normale, et <b>s<\/b> est la distance de glissement.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter qu'une boule de WC comme contre-mat\u00e9riau a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme exemple dans cette \u00e9tude.
