Par exemple, elles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour traiter une irritation oculaire mineure (s\u00e9cheresse et rougeur), retarder l'apparition d'un glaucome ou traiter des infections. Les solutions de gouttes ophtalmiques en vente libre sont principalement utilis\u00e9es pour traiter la s\u00e9cheresse. Cela permet d'att\u00e9nuer l'inconfort, la sensation de br\u00fblure ou l'irritation et la rougeur associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse oculaire. La mesure du coefficient de friction (COF) d'un collyre permet de d\u00e9terminer son efficacit\u00e9 lubrifiante et de la comparer \u00e0 celle d'autres solutions.<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">Objectif de la mesure<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, le coefficient de friction (COF) de trois solutions lubrifiantes diff\u00e9rentes de gouttes ophtalmiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 en utilisant la configuration \"pin-on-disk\" sur le tribom\u00e8tre Nanovea T50.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Measurement-objective-picture.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8113\" src=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Measurement-objective-picture.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"917\" height=\"649\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; color: #1b96cf; font-size: 24px;\">Proc\u00e9dure d'essai et proc\u00e9dures<strong><u><i><br><\/i><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une tige sph\u00e9rique de 6 mm de diam\u00e8tre en alumine a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e sur une lame de verre, chaque solution de collyre servant de lubrifiant entre les deux surfaces. Les graphiques du COF en fonction du nombre de tours pour chaque solution de gouttes ophtalmiques sont illustr\u00e9s aux figures 2 \u00e0 4. Le COF de chaque test est rest\u00e9 relativement constant pendant la majeure partie de la dur\u00e9e totale du test. Sur la base de ces valeurs, nous montrons que l'\u00e9chantillon A a un coefficient de friction plus faible et pr\u00e9sente donc une meilleure lubrification par rapport aux deux autres \u00e9chantillons.<\/p>\n<p>Nanovea <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/tribometers\/\">Tribom\u00e8tres <\/a>propose des tests d&#039;usure et de friction pr\u00e9cis et reproductibles \u00e0 l&#039;aide de modules rotatifs et lin\u00e9aires conformes aux normes ISO et ASTM.
