data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le coefficient de frottement, COF et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure de deux \u00e9chantillons de roche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le tribom\u00e8tre NANOVEA T50 \u00e0 l&#039;aide du module d&#039;usure Pin-on-Disc. Une bille d&#039;Al2O3 (diam\u00e8tre 6 mm) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme contre-mat\u00e9riau. La trace d&#039;usure a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;aide du profilom\u00e8tre sans contact NANOVEA apr\u00e8s les tests. Les param\u00e8tres de test sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9s ci-dessous.<\/p><p>Le taux d&#039;usure, K, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;aide de la formule K=V\/(F\u00d7s)=A\/(F\u00d7n), o\u00f9 V est le volume us\u00e9, F est la charge normale, s est la distance de glissement, A est la surface de la section transversale de la piste d&#039;usure, et n est le nombre de tours. La rugosit\u00e9 de la surface et les profils des traces d&#039;usure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s avec le profilom\u00e8tre optique NANOVEA, et la morphologie des traces d&#039;usure a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un microscope optique.<\/p><p>Veuillez noter que la bille Al2O3 comme mat\u00e9riau de comptoir a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme exemple dans cette \u00e9tude. L&#039;\u00e9chantillon de calcaire pr\u00e9sentait des valeurs H et E inf\u00e9rieures, mesurant respectivement 0,53 et 25,9 GPa, contrairement au marbre, qui enregistrait des valeurs de 1,07 pour H et 49,6 GPa pour E. La variabilit\u00e9 relativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des valeurs H et E observ\u00e9e dans le L&#039;\u00e9chantillon de calcaire peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa plus grande inhomog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de surface, provenant de ses caract\u00e9ristiques granul\u00e9es et poreuses.<\/p><p>L&#039;\u00e9volution du COF lors des essais d&#039;usure des deux \u00e9chantillons de roche est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans la FIGURE 2. Le calcaire conna\u00eet initialement une augmentation rapide du COF jusqu&#039;\u00e0 environ 0,8 au d\u00e9but de l&#039;essai d&#039;usure, maintenant cette valeur pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l&#039;essai. Ce changement brusque du COF peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la bille d&#039;Al2O3 dans l&#039;\u00e9chantillon de roche, r\u00e9sultant d&#039;un processus rapide d&#039;usure et de rugosit\u00e9 se produisant au niveau de la face de contact \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la piste d&#039;usure.
