Une macro avait \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9e pour mesurer et enregistrer automatiquement la morphologie de la surface 3D \u00e0 des intervalles de temps sp\u00e9cifiques : 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 et 60 min. Cette proc\u00e9dure d&#039;analyse automatis\u00e9e permet aux utilisateurs d&#039;effectuer automatiquement des t\u00e2ches d&#039;analyse en ex\u00e9cutant des proc\u00e9dures d\u00e9finies dans l&#039;ordre, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les efforts, le temps et les \u00e9ventuelles erreurs de l&#039;utilisateur par rapport aux tests manuels ou aux analyses r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Cette automatisation s&#039;av\u00e8re extr\u00eamement utile pour les mesures \u00e0 long terme impliquant plusieurs balayages \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents intervalles de temps.<\/p><p>Le capteur de ligne optique g\u00e9n\u00e8re une ligne lumineuse compos\u00e9e de 192 points, comme illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la FIGURE 1. Ces 192 points lumineux balayent simultan\u00e9ment la surface de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement la vitesse de balayage. La fausse couleur dans les images facilite la d\u00e9tection de caract\u00e9ristiques qui ne sont pas facilement discernables. Diff\u00e9rentes couleurs repr\u00e9sentent les variations de hauteur sur diff\u00e9rentes zones de la surface de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon. La vue 3D offre aux utilisateurs un outil id\u00e9al pour observer la surface de la peinture sous diff\u00e9rents angles. Au cours des 30 premi\u00e8res minutes du test, les fausses couleurs sur la surface de la peinture passent progressivement de tons plus chauds \u00e0 des tons plus froids, indiquant une diminution progressive de la hauteur au fil du temps au cours de cette p\u00e9riode. Ce processus ralentit, comme le montre le l\u00e9ger changement de couleur lors de la comparaison de la peinture \u00e0 30 et 60 minutes.<\/p><p>La hauteur moyenne de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon et les valeurs de rugosit\u00e9 Sa en fonction du temps de s\u00e9chage de la peinture sont trac\u00e9es \u00e0 la FIGURE 5. L&#039;analyse compl\u00e8te de la rugosit\u00e9 de la peinture apr\u00e8s 0, 30 et 60 min de temps de s\u00e9chage est r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e dans le TABLEAU 1. On peut observer que la hauteur moyenne de la surface de la peinture diminue rapidement de 471 \u00e0 329 \u00b5m au cours des 30 premi\u00e8res minutes de temps de s\u00e9chage. La texture de surface se d\u00e9veloppe en m\u00eame temps que le solvant se vaporise, conduisant \u00e0 une augmentation de la valeur de rugosit\u00e9 Sa de 7,19 \u00e0 22,6 \u00b5m. Le processus de s\u00e9chage de la peinture ralentit par la suite, entra\u00eenant une diminution progressive de la hauteur de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon et de la valeur Sa \u00e0 317 \u00b5m et 19,6 \u00b5m, respectivement, \u00e0 60 min.<\/p><p>Cette \u00e9tude met en \u00e9vidence les capacit\u00e9s du profilom\u00e8tre 3D sans contact NANOVEA \u00e0 surveiller les changements de surface 3D de la peinture en cours de s\u00e9chage en temps r\u00e9el, fournissant des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur le processus de s\u00e9chage de la peinture. En mesurant la morphologie de la surface sans toucher l&#039;\u00e9chantillon, le profilom\u00e8tre \u00e9vite d&#039;introduire des alt\u00e9rations de forme dans la peinture non s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, ce qui peut se produire avec des technologies de contact comme le stylet coulissant. Cette approche sans contact garantit une analyse pr\u00e9cise et fiable de la morphologie de la surface de s\u00e9chage de la peinture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le temps, les efforts et le potentiel d&#039;erreurs de l&#039;utilisateur.
