(DMA) est une technique puissante utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tudier les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des mat\u00e9riaux. Dans cette application, nous nous concentrons sur l'analyse du li\u00e8ge, un mat\u00e9riau largement utilis\u00e9 dans les processus de scellage et de vieillissement du vin. Le li\u00e8ge, obtenu \u00e0 partir de l'\u00e9corce du ch\u00eane Quercus suber, pr\u00e9sente des structures cellulaires distinctes qui lui conf\u00e8rent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques semblables \u00e0 celles des polym\u00e8res synth\u00e9tiques. Dans un axe, le li\u00e8ge a une structure en nid d'abeille. Les deux autres axes sont structur\u00e9s en de multiples prismes rectangulaires. Cela conf\u00e8re au li\u00e8ge des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques di\ufb00\u00e9rentes en fonction de l'orientation test\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d440447 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d440447\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IMPORTANCE DES ESSAIS D'ANALYSE M\u00c9CANIQUE DYNAMIQUE (AMD) DANS L'\u00c9VALUATION DES PROPRI\u00c9T\u00c9S M\u00c9CANIQUES DU LI\u00c8GE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-966ab4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"966ab4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La qualit\u00e9 des bouchons d\u00e9pend en grande partie de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et physiques, qui sont cruciales pour leur e\ufb00ectivit\u00e9 dans le bouchage du vin. Les facteurs cl\u00e9s qui d\u00e9terminent la qualit\u00e9 du li\u00e8ge sont la \ufb02exibilit\u00e9, l'isolation, la r\u00e9silience et l'imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 aux gaz et aux liquides. En utilisant l'analyse m\u00e9canique dynamique (DMA), nous pouvons \u00e9valuer quantitativement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de \ufb02exibilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9silience des bouchons, fournissant ainsi une m\u00e9thode d'\u00e9valuation fiable.<\/p><p>L'appareil d'essai m\u00e9canique NANOVEA PB1000 dans le secteur de l'agriculture et de l'\u00e9levage. <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/nano-indentation-tester\/\">Nanoindentation<\/a> permet de caract\u00e9riser ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, en particulier le module de Young, le module de stockage, le module de perte et le tan delta (tan (\u03b4)). Les essais DMA permettent \u00e9galement de recueillir des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cieuses sur le d\u00e9phasage, la duret\u00e9, la contrainte et la d\u00e9formation du mat\u00e9riau li\u00e8ge. La qualit\u00e9 des bouchons de li\u00e8ge est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e comme suit : 1 - Flor, 2 - First, 3 - Colm : 1 - Flor, 2 - Premier, 3 - Colmat\u00e9, 4 - Caoutchouc synth\u00e9tique. Des tests d'indentation DMA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s dans les directions axiale et radiale pour chaque bouchon de li\u00e8ge. En analysant la r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9canique des bouchons de li\u00e8ge, nous avons cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre leur comportement dynamique et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer leurs performances dans des
