192 points, comme le montre la FIGURE 1. Dans la FIGURE 2a, l'\u00e9chantillon de rugosit\u00e9 standard pr\u00e9sente une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inclin\u00e9e, comme le montre le gradient de couleur vari\u00e9 dans chacun des blocs de rugosit\u00e9 standard. Dans la FIGURE 2b, la distribution homog\u00e8ne de la rugosit\u00e9 est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans les diff\u00e9rents blocs de rugosit\u00e9, dont la couleur repr\u00e9sente la rugosit\u00e9 dans les blocs.<\/p><p>La FIGURE 3 montre des exemples de cartes de r\u00e9ussite\/\u00e9chec g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par le logiciel d'analyse en fonction de diff\u00e9rents seuils de rugosit\u00e9. Les blocs de rugosit\u00e9 sont surlign\u00e9s en rouge lorsque leur rugosit\u00e9 de surface est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une certaine valeur seuil. L'utilisateur dispose ainsi d'un outil lui permettant de d\u00e9finir un seuil de rugosit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer la qualit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9tat de surface d'un La carte de rugosit\u00e9 montre une rugosit\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne dans la zone intacte de l'\u00e9chantillon de Te\ufb02on. Cependant, les d\u00e9fauts, sous la forme d'un anneau dentel\u00e9 et d'une cicatrice d'usure, sont mis en \u00e9vidence par des couleurs vives. L'utilisateur peut facilement d\u00e9finir un seuil de rugosit\u00e9 Pass\/Fail pour localiser les d\u00e9fauts de surface, comme le montre la FIGURE 4c. Cet outil permet aux utilisateurs de contr\u00f4ler in situ la qualit\u00e9 de la surface du produit dans la cha\u00eene de production et de d\u00e9tecter \u00e0 temps les produits d\u00e9fectueux. La valeur de rugosit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el est calcul\u00e9e et enregistr\u00e9e lorsque les produits passent devant le capteur optique en ligne, ce qui peut constituer un outil rapide mais fiable pour le contr\u00f4le de la contact NANOVEA ST400 3D, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un capteur de ligne optique, constitue un outil de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 fiable, e\ufb00ective et efficace.<\/p><p>Le capteur de ligne optique g\u00e9n\u00e8re une ligne lumineuse de 192 points qui balayent la surface de l'\u00e9chantillon en m\u00eame temps, ce qui permet d'augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la vitesse de balayage. Il peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur la ligne de production pour contr\u00f4ler la rugosit\u00e9 de la surface des produits in situ. Le seuil de rugosit\u00e9 constitue un crit\u00e8re fiable pour d\u00e9terminer la qualit\u00e9 de la surface des produits, ce qui permet aux utilisateurs de d\u00e9tecter \u00e0 temps les produits d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p><p>Les donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ici ne repr\u00e9sentent qu'une partie des calculs disponibles dans le logiciel d'analyse.
