Trois tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s dans les m\u00eames conditions sur chaque \u00e9chantillon afin de garantir la reproductibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Des images panoramiques de toutes les longueurs de rayures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 automatiquement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es et leurs emplacements de d\u00e9faillance critique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 corr\u00e9l\u00e9s avec les charges appliqu\u00e9es par le logiciel du syst\u00e8me. La morphologie de la surface des \u00e9chantillons a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un profileur sans contact NANOVEA 3D afin de quantifier la rugosit\u00e9 de surface avant de r\u00e9aliser les essais d'usure. Tous les \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9sentaient une rugosit\u00e9 de surface comparable d'environ 1 \u03bcm, comme le montre la FIGURE 1. Le COF a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 in situ pendant les essais d'usure, comme le montre la FIGURE 2. La FIGURE 4 pr\u00e9sente l'\u00e9volution des traces d'usure apr\u00e8s 100, 150, 300 et 800 cycles, et la FIGURE 3 r\u00e9sume le taux d'usure moyen des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du processus d'usure.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 une valeur de COF de ~0,07 pour les trois autres \u00e9chantillons, l'\u00e9chantillon A pr\u00e9sente un COF beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de ~0,15 au d\u00e9but, qui augmente progressivement et se stabilise \u00e0 ~0,3 apr\u00e8s 300 cycles d'usure. Un COF aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le processus d'usure et cr\u00e9e une quantit\u00e9 substantielle de d\u00e9bris de peinture comme l'indique la FIGURE 4 - la couche sup\u00e9rieure de l'\u00e9chantillon A a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre enlev\u00e9e dans les 100 premiers tours. Comme l'indique la FIGURE 3, l'\u00e9chantillon A pr\u00e9sente le taux d'usure le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de ~5 \u03bcm2\/N au cours des 300 premiers cycles, qui diminue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 ~3,5 \u03bcm2\/N en raison de la meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure du substrat m\u00e9tallique. La couche sup\u00e9rieure de l'\u00e9chantillon C commence \u00e0 se rompre apr\u00e8s 150 cycles d'usure, comme le montre la FIGURE 4, ce qui est \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 par l'augmentation du COF dans la FIGURE 2.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En comparaison, l'\u00e9chantillon B et l'\u00e9chantillon D pr\u00e9sentent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s tribologiques am\u00e9lior\u00e9es. L'\u00e9chantillon B maintient un faible COF tout au long de l'essai - le COF augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de ~0,05 \u00e0 ~0,1. Un tel effet lubrifiant am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure - la couche de finition offre toujours une protection sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l'appr\u00eat sous-jacent apr\u00e8s 800 cycles d'usure. Le taux d'usure moyen le plus faible de seulement ~0,77 \u03bcm2\/N est mesur\u00e9 pour l'\u00e9chantillon B \u00e0 800 cycles. La couche sup\u00e9rieure de l'\u00e9chantillon D commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9laminer apr\u00e8s 375 cycles, comme le refl\u00e8te l'augmentation abrupte du COF dans la FIGURE 2.
