corrosion et d'une inertie fait du nitrure de titane (TiN) un rev\u00eatement protecteur id\u00e9al pour les composants m\u00e9talliques dans diverses industries. Par exemple, la r\u00e9tention des ar\u00eates et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion d'un rev\u00eatement TiN peuvent augmenter consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 du travail et prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des machines-outils telles que les lames de rasoir, les coupeurs de m\u00e9taux, les moules \u00e0 injection et les scies. l'\u00e9volution enregistr\u00e9e de la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, du coefficient de frottement (COF) et de l'\u00e9mission acoustique pendant l'essai. Les microtraces compl\u00e8tes sur les \u00e9chantillons de TiN sont illustr\u00e9es \u00e0 la FIGURE 2. Les comportements de d\u00e9faillance \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes charges critiques sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans la FIGURE 3, o\u00f9 la charge critique Lc1 est d\u00e9finie comme la charge \u00e0 laquelle le premier signe de fissure coh\u00e9sive appara\u00eet dans la piste de rayure, Lc2 est la charge apr\u00e8s laquelle des d\u00e9faillances par spallation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es ont lieu, et Lc3 est la charge \u00e0 laquelle le rev\u00eatement est compl\u00e8tement retir\u00e9 du substrat. Les valeurs de charge critique (Lc) pour les rev\u00eatements TiN sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9es dans la FIGURE 4.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">L'\u00e9volution de la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, du COF et de l'\u00e9mission acoustique donne un aper\u00e7u du m\u00e9canisme de rupture du rev\u00eatement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades, qui sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les charges critiques dans cette \u00e9tude. On peut observer que l'\u00e9chantillon A et l'\u00e9chantillon B pr\u00e9sentent un comportement comparable pendant l'essai de rayure. Le stylet p\u00e9n\u00e8tre progressivement dans l'\u00e9chantillon jusqu'\u00e0 une profondeur de ~0,06 mm et le COF augmente graduellement jusqu'\u00e0 ~0,3 alors que la charge normale augmente lin\u00e9airement au d\u00e9but du test de rayure du rev\u00eatement. Lorsque le Lc1 de ~3,3 N est atteint, le premier signe de rupture par \u00e9caillage appara\u00eet. Cela se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans les premiers pics importants dans le trac\u00e9 de la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, du COF et de l'\u00e9mission acoustique. Lorsque la charge continue d'augmenter jusqu'\u00e0 Lc2 de ~3,8 N, de nouvelles fluctuations de la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, du COF et de l'\u00e9mission acoustique se produisent. L'\u00e9chantillon C poss\u00e8de une couche interm\u00e9diaire d'adh\u00e9sion avec une duret\u00e9 plus faible et une contrainte plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 l'interface entre le rev\u00eatement TiN sup\u00e9rieur et le substrat m\u00e9tallique par rapport \u00e0 l'\u00e9chantillon A et l'\u00e9chantillon B.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cette \u00e9tude d\u00e9montre l'importance d'un support de substrat et d'une architecture de rev\u00eatement appropri\u00e9s pour la qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement. Une couche interm\u00e9diaire plus solide peut mieux r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation sous une charge externe \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une contrainte de concentration, et ainsi am\u00e9liorer la
