Le papier de verre 1, dans des conditions s\u00e8ches, pr\u00e9sente un COF de 0,4 au d\u00e9but du test qui diminue progressivement et se stabilise \u00e0 0,3. Dans des conditions humides, cet \u00e9chantillon pr\u00e9sente un COF moyen plus faible de 0,27. Comme le montre la FIGURE 4, le profileur optique NANOVEA a captur\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision la topographie de la surface des quatre billes et leurs traces d'usure respectives, qui ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es par le logiciel d'analyse avanc\u00e9e NANOVEA Mountains pour calculer la perte de volume et le taux d'usure. Sur le microscope et l'image de profil de la bille, on peut observer que la bille utilis\u00e9e pour l'essai avec le papier de verre 1 (sec) pr\u00e9sentait une cicatrice d'usure aplatie plus importante que les autres, avec une perte de volume de 0,313 %.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">mm<\/span><sup style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; text-align: left;\">3<\/sup>. En revanche, la perte de volume pour le papier de verre 1 (humide) \u00e9tait de 0.131\u00a0<span style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">mm<\/span><sup style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; text-align: left;\">3<\/sup>. Pour le papier de verre 2 (sec) la perte de volume \u00e9tait de 0.163\u00a0<span style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">mm<\/span><sup style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; text-align: left;\">3<\/sup>\u00a0et pour le papier de verre 2 (humide) la perte de volume a augment\u00e9 \u00e0 0.237\u00a0<span style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: left;\">mm<\/span><sup style=\"color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif; text-align: left;\">3<\/sup>.<\/p><p>De plus, il est int\u00e9ressant d'observer que le COF a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans les performances d'abrasion des papiers de verre. Le papier de verre 1 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un COF plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans les conditions s\u00e8ches, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 un taux d'abrasion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour la bille SS440 utilis\u00e9e dans le test. En comparaison, le COF plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 du papier de verre 2 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat humide a entra\u00een\u00e9 un taux d'abrasion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le papier de verre 1 poss\u00e8de un comportement \u00e0 l'abrasion significativement meilleur dans des conditions s\u00e8ches, tandis que le papier de verre 2 est plus performant dans des conditions humides. La friction pendant le processus de pon\u00e7age est un facteur important \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de l'\u00e9valuation des performances d'abrasion. Le profileur optique NANOVEA mesure pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la morphologie 3D de toute surface, comme les cicatrices d'usure sur une bille, ce qui garantit une \u00e9valuation fiable des performances d'abrasion du papier de verre dans cette \u00e9tude. Le tribom\u00e8tre NANOVEA mesure le coefficient de friction in situ pendant un essai d'usure, ce qui permet de mieux comprendre les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d'un processus d'usure.
