Cette ressemblance a fait de l'hydrogel un choix courant non seulement dans les biomat\u00e9riaux, mais aussi dans l'\u00e9lectronique, l'environnement et les applications de biens de consommation tels que les lentilles de contact. Certains des syst\u00e8mes de nanoindentation utilisent un ensemble bobine\/aimant pour appliquer une force sur l'\u00e9chantillon. Il n'y a pas de mesure r\u00e9elle de la force, ce qui entra\u00eene une charge impr\u00e9cise et non lin\u00e9aire lors de l'essai de mat\u00e9riaux mous.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\">mat\u00e9riaux. La charge a augment\u00e9 lin\u00e9airement de 0,06 \u00e0 10 mN pendant la p\u00e9riode de chargement. Le fluage a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 par le changement de la profondeur d'indentation \u00e0 la charge maximale de 10 mN pendant 70 On peut observer que sur le trac\u00e9 du <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Profondeur en fonction du temps<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">En effet, il est tr\u00e8s difficile de d\u00e9terminer le point de changement de pente au d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de chargement, qui indique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le moment o\u00f9 le p\u00e9n\u00e9trateur commence \u00e0 entrer en contact avec le mat\u00e9riau mou. Cependant, le trac\u00e9 de la <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Charge en fonction du temps <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">montre le comportement particulier de l'hydrogel sous une charge appliqu\u00e9e. Lorsque l'hydrogel commence \u00e0 entrer en contact avec le p\u00e9n\u00e9trateur \u00e0 bille, l'hydrogel tire le p\u00e9n\u00e9trateur \u00e0 bille en raison de sa tension de surface, ce qui tend \u00e0 diminuer la surface. Ce comportement conduit \u00e0 la charge n\u00e9gative mesur\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de l'\u00e9tape de chargement. La charge augmente progressivement \u00e0 mesure que le p\u00e9n\u00e9trateur s'enfonce dans l'hydrogel, et elle est ensuite contr\u00f4l\u00e9e pour \u00eatre constante \u00e0 la charge maximale de 10 mN pendant 70 secondes afin d'\u00e9tudier le comportement de fluage de Le contr\u00f4le par r\u00e9troaction en boucle ferm\u00e9e entre le pi\u00e9zo et la cellule de charge ultrasensible assure une charge constante r\u00e9elle pendant le temps de fluage \u00e0 la charge maximale. La grande pointe de la bille de 3 mm assure un bon contact avec la surface de l'hydrogel. La platine motoris\u00e9e de haute pr\u00e9cision permet de positionner avec pr\u00e9cision la face plate de l'\u00e9chantillon d'hydrogel sous la pointe de la bille. L'hydrogel utilis\u00e9 dans cette \u00e9tude pr\u00e9sente une duret\u00e9 de 16,9 KPa et un module de Young de 160,2 KPa.
