L'\u00e9chantillon a \u00e9t\u00e9 poli jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une surface de type miroir avant les tests d'indentation. Plus la souris est \u00e9loign\u00e9e du centre du champ de vision, plus la platine se d\u00e9place rapidement dans la direction de la souris. Cela fournit une m\u00e9thode conviviale pour naviguer sur toute la surface de l'\u00e9chantillon et s\u00e9lectionner l'emplacement pr\u00e9vu pour les tests m\u00e9caniques. cette \u00e9tude, nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le testeur m\u00e9canique NANOVEA effectuant des mesures de nanoindentation sur plusieurs phases d'un grand \u00e9chantillon m\u00e9tallurgique \u00e0 l'aide du contr\u00f4leur de sc\u00e8ne avanc\u00e9. Le contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la position permet aux utilisateurs de naviguer facilement sur une grande surface d'\u00e9chantillon et de s\u00e9lectionner directement les zones d'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les mesures de nanoindentation.<\/p><p>Les coordonn\u00e9es de l'emplacement de toutes les indentations sont sauvegard\u00e9es et ensuite ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutivement. Une telle proc\u00e9dure d'essai rend la mesure des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques locales \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, par exemple l'\u00e9chantillon m\u00e9tallique multiphase de cette \u00e9tude, nettement moins longue et plus conviviale. Les PHASES dures 2, 3 et 4 am\u00e9liorent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'\u00e9chantillon, poss\u00e9dant une duret\u00e9 moyenne de ~19,6, 16,2 et 7,2 GPa, respectivement, par rapport \u00e0 ~5,4 GPa pour la PHASE 1.<\/p><p>Les modules Nano, Micro ou Macro de l'instrument comprennent tous des modes de test d'indentation, de rayure et d'usure conformes aux normes ISO et ASTM, offrant ainsi la gamme de tests la plus large et la plus conviviale disponible dans un seul syst\u00e8me.
