Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9 dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'applications industrielles, y compris les turbines de puissance, l'hydraulique, l'automatisation, les avions, les satellites, les r\u00e9acteurs nucl\u00e9aires, et bien d'autres.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, nous pr\u00e9sentons les modules compl\u00e9mentaires LVDT et haute temp\u00e9rature du NANOVEA. <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/tribometers\/\">Tribom\u00e8tre<\/a> qui permettent de mesurer le changement de profondeur de la trace d&#039;usure de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon test\u00e9 pendant le processus d&#039;usure \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cela permet aux utilisateurs de corr\u00e9ler les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du processus d&#039;usure avec l&#039;\u00e9volution du COF, ce qui est essentiel pour am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension fondamentale du m\u00e9canisme d&#039;usure et des caract\u00e9ristiques tribologiques des mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s aux applications \u00e0 haute TEST<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bb13fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bb13fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le comportement tribologique, par exemple le coefficient de friction (COF) et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure des plaques en c\u00e9ramique de silicate d'alumine, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 par le tribom\u00e8tre NANOVEA. La plaque en c\u00e9ramique de silicate d'alumine a \u00e9t\u00e9 chauff\u00e9e par un four de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, RT, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es (400\u00b0C et 800\u00b0C), suivies par des tests d'usure \u00e0 ces temp\u00e9ratures.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00c0 titre de comparaison, les essais d'usure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s lorsque l'\u00e9chantillon a refroidi de 800\u00b0C \u00e0 400\u00b0C, puis \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Une bille en AI2O3 (6 mm de diam\u00e8tre, grade 100) a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e contre les \u00e9chantillons test\u00e9s. La rugosit\u00e9 de surface et les profils des traces d'usure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le profileur optique NANOVEA, et la morphologie des traces d'usure a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un microscope optique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-449eb71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"449eb71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">R\u00c9SULTATS ET DISCUSSION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97191d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97191d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le COF et la profondeur de la trace d'usure enregistr\u00e9s in situ sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s respectivement sur la FIGURE 1 et la FIGURE 2. Sur la FIGURE 1, \"-I\" indique le test effectu\u00e9 lorsque la temp\u00e9rature a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e. \"-D\" repr\u00e9sente la temp\u00e9rature diminu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d'une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 800\u00b0C.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Comme le montre la FIGURE 1, les \u00e9chantillons test\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures pr\u00e9sentent un COF comparable de ~0,6 tout au long des mesures. Un COF aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 conduit \u00e0 un processus d'usure acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 qui cr\u00e9e une quantit\u00e9 importante de d\u00e9bris. La profondeur de la trace d'usure a \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e pendant les essais d'usure par LVDT, comme le montre la FIGURE 2. La profondeur de la trace d'usure est en accord avec celle enregistr\u00e9e par LVDT. La plaque en c\u00e9ramique de silicate d'alumine pr\u00e9sente un taux d'usure sensiblement accru de ~0,5 mm3\/Nm \u00e0 800\u00b0C, par rapport aux taux d'usure inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 0,2 mm3\/Nm \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 400\u00b0C. La plaque en c\u00e9ramique de silicate d'alumine ne pr\u00e9sente pas de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques\/tribologiques significativement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es apr\u00e8s le court processus de chauffage, poss\u00e9dant un taux d'usure comparable avant et apr\u00e8s le traitement thermique.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">La c\u00e9ramique de silicate d'alumine, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de lave et de pierre des merveilles, est molle et usinable avant le traitement thermique. Un long processus de cuisson \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es (jusqu'\u00e0 1093\u00b0C) peut consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer sa duret\u00e9 et sa r\u00e9sistance, apr\u00e8s quoi un usinage au diamant est n\u00e9cessaire. Cependant, elle pr\u00e9sente un taux d'usure sensiblement accru de ~0,5 mm3\/Nm \u00e0 800\u00b0C, ce qui d\u00e9montre l'importance d'un traitement thermique appropri\u00e9 de cette c\u00e9ramique.<\/p><p>Les tribom\u00e8tres NANOVEA sont capables d'\u00e9valuer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s tribologiques des mat\u00e9riaux pour des applications \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es allant jusqu'\u00e0 1000\u00b0C.
