Les caract\u00e9ristiques allant du nanom\u00e8tre au macrom\u00e8tre sont obtenues pendant la mesure du profil de la surface, sans aucune influence de la r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 ou de l'absorption de l'\u00e9chantillon. L'instrument offre une capacit\u00e9 avanc\u00e9e de mesurer des angles de surface \u00e9lev\u00e9s sans manipulation logicielle des r\u00e9sultats.
