Les profilom\u00e8tres optiques NANOVEA couvrent une vaste gamme de mod\u00e8les incluant profilom\u00e8tres compacts, autonomes et portables. Chaque longueur d'onde se focalise \u00e0 une distance diff\u00e9rente, cr\u00e9ant ainsi la plage de mesure verticale. Lorsqu'une surface d'int\u00e9r\u00eat se trouve dans cette plage, une seule longueur d'onde de la lumi\u00e8re blanche est focalis\u00e9e, tandis que toutes les autres sont hors foyer. Seule la longueur d'onde focalis\u00e9e traverse le filtre \u00e0 trous pour atteindre le spectrom\u00e8tre CCD.
