Le test de tribocorrosion r\u00e9alise des exp\u00e9riences d'usure et de corrosion simultan\u00e9ment en utilisant une configuration de boule coulissante sur plaque, o\u00f9 le contact du processus d'usure est totalement immerg\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9lectrolyte de test. Le module de tribocorrosion est une cellule \u00e9lectrochimique \u00e0 trois bornes install\u00e9e sur la platine de l'\u00e9chantillon, avec l'\u00e9chantillon, un fil de platine et une \u00e9lectrode Ag\/AgCl, NaCl (sat'd) jouant le r\u00f4le d'\u00e9lectrodes de travail, de compteur et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, respectivement. Le potentiel de circuit ouvert (OCP) est mesur\u00e9 in situ pour suivre l'\u00e9volution du processus de tribocorrosion. La r\u00e9duction de l'OCP fonctionne comme un indicateur de la d\u00e9faillance des films protecteurs. La variation du coefficient de frottement (COF) donne \u00e9galement un aper\u00e7u des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9veloppement de l'usure.
