Din\u00e1mico (AMD) es una potente t\u00e9cnica utilizada para investigar las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de los materiales. En esta aplicaci\u00f3n, nos centramos en el an\u00e1lisis del corcho, un material muy utilizado en los procesos de sellado y envejecimiento del vino. El corcho, obtenido de la corteza del roble Quercus suber, presenta distintas estructuras celulares que le confieren propiedades mec\u00e1nicas similares a las de los pol\u00edmeros sint\u00e9ticos. En un eje, el corcho tiene estructura de panal. Los otros dos ejes est\u00e1n estructurados en m\u00faltiples prismas de forma rectangular. Esto confiere al corcho propiedades mec\u00e1nicas diferentes seg\u00fan la orientaci\u00f3n con la que se pruebe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d440447 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d440447\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IMPORTANCIA DE LOS ENSAYOS DE AN\u00c1LISIS MEC\u00c1NICO DIN\u00c1MICO (DMA) EN LA EVALUACI\u00d3N DE LAS PROPIEDADES MEC\u00c1NICAS DEL CORCHO<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-966ab4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"966ab4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La calidad de los tapones de corcho depende en gran medida de sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y f\u00edsicas, que son cruciales para su eficacia en el sellado del vino. Los factores clave que determinan la calidad del corcho son la flexibilidad, el aislamiento, la resistencia y la impermeabilidad a gases y l\u00edquidos. El an\u00e1lisis mec\u00e1nico din\u00e1mico (AMD) nos permite evaluar cuantitativamente las propiedades de \ufb02exibilidad y resiliencia de los tapones, proporcionando un m\u00e9todo fiable de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El Comprobador Mec\u00e1nico NANOVEA PB1000 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/nanovea.com\/nano-indentation-tester\/\">Nanoindentaci\u00f3n<\/a> permite caracterizar estas propiedades, en concreto el m\u00f3dulo de Young, el m\u00f3dulo de almacenamiento, el m\u00f3dulo de p\u00e9rdida y tan delta (tan (\u03b4)). Las pruebas DMA tambi\u00e9n permiten recopilar datos valiosos sobre el desplazamiento de fase, la dureza, la tensi\u00f3n y la deformaci\u00f3n del material de corcho. La calidad de los tapones de corcho se etiqueta como: 1 - Flor, 2 - Primera, 3 - Colmatado, 4 - Caucho sint\u00e9tico. Los ensayos de indentaci\u00f3n DMA se realizaron tanto en direcci\u00f3n axial como radial para cada tap\u00f3n de corcho. Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de la respuesta mec\u00e1nica de los tapones de corcho, pretend\u00edamos comprender mejor su comportamiento din\u00e1mico y evaluar su rendimiento en distintas Aplicando cargas crecientes de forma controlada y estrechamente supervisada, el instrumento permite identificar a qu\u00e9 carga se producen los fallos. Esto puede utilizarse para determinar valores cuantitativos de resistencia al rayado. Se sabe que el revestimiento ensayado, sin intemperie, presenta una primera fisura a unos 22 mN. Con valores m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos a 5 mN, es evidente que el lapso de 7 a\u00f1os ha degradado la pintura.<\/p>\n<p>La compensaci\u00f3n del perfil original permite obtener la profundidad corregida durante el rayado y tambi\u00e9n medir la profundidad residual despu\u00e9s del rayado. Esto proporciona informaci\u00f3n adicional sobre el comportamiento pl\u00e1stico frente al el\u00e1stico del revestimiento bajo una carga creciente. Tanto el agrietamiento como la informaci\u00f3n sobre la deformaci\u00f3n pueden ser de gran utilidad para mejorar el revestimiento duro.
