Vor allem bei geringen Belastungen f\u00fchren kleine Messfehler der Eindrucksgr\u00f6\u00dfe zu gro\u00dfen H\u00e4rteabweichungen. Im Vergleich dazu werden bei der Nanoindentationspr\u00fcfung die mechanischen Eigenschaften eines Materials bewertet, indem die Eindringspitze in das Testmaterial getrieben und die Entwicklung der Belastung und der Verschiebung der Spitze genau aufgezeichnet wird.
