Das Nanovea Tribometer f\u00fchrt Verschlei\u00dfversuche bei erh\u00f6hten Temperaturen von bis zu 1200\u00b0C f\u00fcr den Rotationstest und bis zu 450\u00b0C f\u00fcr den Lineartest durch. Der Kontakt des Verschlei\u00dfprozesses ist vollst\u00e4ndig in einem gro\u00dfen Ofen eingeschlossen, der eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige und stabile Temperatur um die Probe und das Gegenmaterial w\u00e4hrend des Verschlei\u00dftests gew\u00e4hrleistet. Das Thermoelement wird entweder so eingestellt, dass es sich sehr nahe am Kontaktpunkt befindet oder direkt die R\u00fcckseite der Kugel im Kugelhalter ber\u00fchrt, um die beste Genauigkeit der Temperaturmessung zu erreichen. Der abnehmbare Ofen erm\u00f6glicht es dem Benutzer, durch Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Zusatzmodulen andere Arten von Tests durchzuf\u00fchren. Das einzigartige K\u00fchlk\u00f6rperdesign auf der Hauptwelle des Rotationsmotors sorgt f\u00fcr eine ausreichende Luftzufuhr zur K\u00fchlung der Elektronik im unteren Geh\u00e4use w\u00e4hrend des Verschlei\u00dftests bei 1200\u00b0C. Die Kraftmesszelle ist f\u00fcr hohe Temperaturen selbst kalibriert, um genaue Daten zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
