Unmatched Aspheric Surface Measurement Range: 100µm - 375mm!
Nanovea is currently utilizing is 3D Non-Contact technology to provide an undisclosed user the rare capability to quickly control and measure aspheric production. The system is a modified HS100 with an automatically adjusting optical pen to acquire the steep angles and large saggital heights that are commonly found on large asphereic lenses. To our knowledge, it is the first of its kind to allow such a large surface area range and can greatly influence the future of asperic production.
Specs:
• Measurement area 100µm x 100µm up to 375mm x 375mm
• Up to 50mm depth range • Maximum angle of incidence up to 43° • XY Stage resolution of 1nm
• Z resolution from optical pen of 12nm • Acquisition speeds up to 31,000 points/second
• User inputs surface equation and software will automatically output the measured deviation
• User defined spatial resolution
